Toby, our owner, has over 26 years of experience in the Industrial and Agricultural Industry, including plant supervision, lead maintenance, maintenance manager and operations manager, automation design, build and implementation. He oversaw and implemented full renovations of three feed mills being the  lead designer of three blending plants built from the ground up.
